The DA and Sherriff's department are taking a little heat about a plea deal announced for Buffalo Bills running back Marshawn Lynch. Me personally I don't see anything wrong with making a deal....

Let sleeping Dog(s) Lie (lay).  You know I think I am a reasonable person. I try not to over react, for instance this problem to the right even though I was livid. I decide to go threw the courts. I didn't start turning in people or providing information on how to trap corrupt public officials red handed along with there masters, I didn't start naming names and crimes, and or proving them, but then I started to think? Where do I draw the line? So I decided I need insurance. Insurance from what? Insurance from any physical violence, insurance against coercion or attempted coercion, of me or family, property damage, economic damage such as loss of job or untimely death of me or any body I care about, friend's and family,  weather I agree with their views or not or they agree with my views or not, because of what I say on this site.

Here a clue One document will put a former County Executive in Jail, a former Buffalo comptroller in Jail, and a former Erie county comptroller in jail...

The last fiasco at Rich stadium was when Faith Hills husband Tim McGraw screwing around rode a Sheriffs Horse without permission as a prank and the Sheriffs deputy cuffed the guy, arrested him, and he was scheduled for court. All hell broke out in the national press! Not a great day for WNY.

.....In this particular situation, the Public, the citizens of Erie county would have been livid and upset if there chances where diminished for any type of season for what I am assuming is a first offence in Erie county, because people get plea deals everyday in almost every court in Erie county.

Then, they all where put in foster homes and you could never see them again, never see your own children again because another member of your church was accused of wrong doing towards a child.

I think that Detective Delano is being offered up as a Sacrificial lamb and I can see why he is upset.

 I think that the former DA that prosecuted the case made a mistake and screwed up but hind site is 20/20. I think they should reinstate Detective Delano, that he has a different opinion than the DA's office is a good thing. Trying to get him to tow the official line by suspending him without pay is ridiculous. It's a Good thing to have cops in General and especially  the cold case squad members questioning the norm, a cop with integrity should not follow any command he believes is illegal( Soldiers are also prohibited from following illegal commands' the Geneva Convention) he believes is a cover up, he believes is immoral and is ultimately against his religious believes.( Lets face it, Honor ,and  Integrity and having a Good moral compass is a direct result of our religious beliefs'). In the USA we are all guaranteed the right to religious freedom and expression and the Buffalo police departments disciplinary board has no right suspending him without pay for practicing his religious beliefs' or airing his religious opinion about the current administration for trying to silence him.

55 year old Dennis Donohue of Kenmore is arrested for Murder and it turns out  that someone else may be in Jail for a murder he committed. (WIVB TV) and he might have committed other murders each one on his birthday.   The other case was Anthony Capozzi being locked up in jail for 22 yrs for 3 Rapes he didn't commit because the victims identified him as the one that attacked them until cleared by Sanchez's DNA. I am going to add that I think it takes a lot of guts by the Buffalo NY Police to go back and examine cold cases and look for justice.

Candidate Obama defends going to a Church for 20 Years, saying the minister is old from another generation full of hate for America because of previous racism against blacks and his rants for America destruction  can be over looked and is like his white mother who he excuses.....

I haven't said anything about the Lyn  Dejac case lately because I thought it was a masterful play by the Erie County district attorney Clark.

 Clark has had the innate ability to stay in office prosecute cases that scare people, play politics and overlook corruption on a massive scale in Erie county , Buffalo city and Town and village governments. Although lately I hope he has realized along with the public that its has been a massive drain on the WNY economy and the free ride should end ands he has been slapping a few wrist to put that point across. Like I said I don't care if anyone goes to jail I just want the corruption to stop!

 Now, I hear that Buffalo cold case detective Dennis Delano  has been suspended without pay for leaking what should be public evidence anyways in the Lyn  Dejac case a film made at the time of the arrest that shows the conditions in The Dejac household at the time of Crystal Lyn's death. He contends its a murder still.

All I have to say is yes everyone believes its a murder, but I'm happy and thankful for men like Detective Dennis Delanowho won't compromise looking for the truth.

I was watching channel 7 news when they reported a story of the Olean common consul president sending a letter to a resident banning her from speaking in front of the consul, then apologizing for remarks made to her by the town attorney but still banning here from speaking.

About open meetings and public office, and  public officials not being able to sue people for criticism of the performance of there duties even if your statements and criticisms turn out to not be true or false.

The town attorney was also caught on video the meeting before saying "If we can throw baby Jesus out of town, we can throw Tina out of town."

This was stupidity also because all they had to do to prevent the Wicain's from displaying there stuff across from baby Jesus on Christmas is pass a law requiring IRS exempt status to be recognized as a valid religion allowed to display on public property by Olean and allowed to display on government property and also only allow display of this religious stuff only (1)once or (2)twice a year for each religion for equal lengths of time. They should further restrict it too the 1 or 2 times that are considered the most major celebrations in each respective religion.

Buffalo cold case detectives actively lobbied for this woman's release after they learned that her x boy friend is probably a killer in other cases. The original judge D'Amico    heard arguments from DeJac's lawyers and set aside the charges, the community of WNY supported all of this. The only people that can't let go and see the righting on the wall is the Erie counties district attorneys office.

 The mere fact that her x-boy friend is charged with murder in other cases cast enough doubt that you could never convince anyone that a woman killed her daughter or had any part in her killing and while she was sitting in jail her x boy friend was out killing woman.

If the distinct attorney can't let go of a case where even if he retried the case and the DA won, DeJac would only most likely face no more time than she already served and its obvious that this is the outcome, it becomes obvious that the district attorney office doesn't believe in justice or convicting the person that committed the crime, all they believe in is there conviction rate.

It's like the Duke rape case over again, learn from that disgraced DA and don't beat a dead horse especially one that's infected with disease that will spread to and infect you while beating that carcass and becomes the beginning of the end of your public office.

 If the DA wants to make a point charge Dejac with endangering the welfare of a minor, child abuse and child neglect for using drugs and being an addict and bringing another drug using and possible dealing and abusive man into her house resulting in the murder of her daughter or offer Dejac these charges in a plea barging for time served, don't retry her on murder charges.

It is a Violation of federal law, and  maybe state law, the hatch act for Marian Vanni to be a Town councilman in North Collins and also be a housing advocate for Belmont shelter, a administrator of HUD and section 8 funds and her actions against me are criminal and Belmont shelter is liable for her actions.

But I am Landlord!  I am Khan! Respect me, bow and kiss my Islamic ass infidel! I dine with police chief! In all my dealings with Muslims I always look for the scary guy with the black turban that shows up when things go wrong, then I know they are supporting radical Islam.
